About Shana

Shana has called Sarasota and Manatee County home since 1988, and her deep roots in the Gulf Coast community shape the heart of her real estate practice. Her approach is warm, grounded, and highly personalized—built on genuine connection, thoughtful guidance, and a clear understanding that real estate is about more than property. It’s about life, timing, and possibility.

With an MBA, a background in mortgage lending and property management, and certification as a Life Coach, Shana offers a level of clarity and support that helps clients feel calm, informed, and confident in their decisions. She blends market strategy with a steady, human touch—creating space for clients to move at their own pace while feeling fully supported every step of the way.

For buyers, she focuses on lifestyle alignment and long-term wealth building, helping clients choose homes that support both the lives they’re living and the ones they’re creating.

For sellers, she brings a refined approach to pricing, positioning, and marketing—ensuring each property is presented with intention and care to attract the right buyer and achieve meaningful results.

For investors, Shana offers clear, strategic guidance grounded in analysis,  and an understanding of both local market patterns and long-term portfolio growth. Whether exploring a first investment property, adding to a portfolio, or repositioning assets, she helps clients evaluate opportunities with clarity and financial purpose.

Shana holds multiple designations, including Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR). She has also served in leadership roles within the Realtor® community, including Chair of the RASM Scholarship Committee, where she helped raise over $40,000 for local students.
